A snack I’d eat right now is fresh fruit. I love keeping fresh-cut fruit in my fridge and a bowl of whole fruit on my kitchen counter—it’s an easy, healthy habit that keeps me fueled throughout the day. As a vegetarian, eating well is very important to me, and having nutritious options within reach makes all the difference.

You’ll almost always find apples, bananas, and Halos in a bowl on my counter, along with healthy nuts like pistachios, almonds, walnuts, and peanuts. I keep an assortment of nuts on hand because they’re a great source of protein and an essential part of my diet.

And back to the fruit—my fridge is never without strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, green and purple grapes, pineapple, kiwi, and watermelon. Fresh, colorful, and refreshing! I also love keeping a variety of good cheeses available and making sure I drink plenty of water each day.

Being healthy and eating healthy aren’t just goals for me—they’re a way of life.🍏🍉🍌🍓🍇🫐🍒
